Only by creating a strong relationship with ourselves and our parts, we can begin to truly understand and trust ourselves.

Individual online sessions
My approach to working with individual clients is rooted in Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), combined with mindfulness and self-compassion practices. Every session is tailored to your current, moment-to-moment needs, with the goal of helping you better feel, understand, and nurture your emotions and inner experiences.
Ultimately, my main aim is to support you in building a deep, ongoing, and compassionate relationship with yourself. As we cultivate more curiosity and care towards our inner world, we gradually develop a clearer understanding of our physical sensations, emotions, and states of being. This process allows us to attune more thoughtfully to our needs, fostering a sense of safety, stability, calm, and wholeness within.
I am currently accepting clients on a waiting list. I prioritize individuals who are motivated to engage in the process of self-exploration and are interested in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy. If you are interested in working with me, please contact me via email ruta@kavaliauskiene.lt and I will send you more detailed information about the sessions and answer your questions.
